Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers from provided databases to introduce products and services.
Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and weekly targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a rapport with existing customers to encourage repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Database Management: Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and sales status in the CRM system.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop a deep understanding of all company offerings to answer customer queries effectively.
Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and overcome objections with professionalism and persistence.
Reporting: Create and present daily/weekly reports on sales activities, lead status, and success rates to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Proven ability to influence others and close deals over the phone.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
