Roles And Responsibilities:
Knowledge of medical insurance claims procedures and medical billing procedure
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to resolve caller’s requests in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to perform other appropriate duties at the request of the team supervisor.
Claims processing status of insurance
Coding and billing of CPT (current procedural terminology)
Coding Process,Specialty decision ICD (international classified diseases)
Medical records and health information of patients to claim insurances.
